This policy guides you through every step of your order's journey with us. By completing a purchase, you accept the terms set out below.

**Order Confirmed** – Once you finish checkout, we immediately begin preparing your items. All orders enjoy free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required. We currently do not offer expedited or express delivery. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible while your order is still in processing – we may be able to correct it. If the parcel has already been dispatched, address changes are not possible, and a reshipping fee may apply should the package be returned to us.

**Processing** – Our team typically takes 1–3 business days to verify, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier. During peak periods (holidays, major sales), this may take a little longer. If we expect a notable delay, we will send you an email update.

**In Transit** – Delivery timeframes are counted from the day your package leaves our warehouse, not from the order date. For US domestic addresses, please plan for approximately 10–17 business days. For international destinations, the estimate is 17–24 business days. These are averages; actual arrival can be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier route adjustments, or local public holidays. For international orders, please be aware that your package may incur import duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival – these charges are solely the recipient's responsibility, and we cannot estimate or prepay them. Customs processing may also add extra transit time beyond our control.

**Arrival** – When your parcel reaches you, inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery. If you see significant damage, you may refuse the shipment or take clear photos as evidence. If you accept and later discover damage, report it to us within 7 days with your order number and photos – we will help you file a claim with the carrier. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 consecutive business days, email us and we will investigate with the shipping provider.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (weekends and holidays may cause slight delays). OcarStead reserves the right to update this policy at any time; the latest version will always appear on this page.
